Jonathan Fialkow, M.D., FACC, FAHA

Jonathan Fialkow, M.D., FACC, FAHA, is a cardiologist at Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute who has more than 30 years of experience in his field. He specializes in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of complex cardiovascular disease and its risk factors. He has special interest and extensive experience in cardiac prevention, including nutrition and exercise management, as well as lipid disorders, hypertension, coronary artery disease and congestive heart failure. Dr. Fialkow has been the principal investigator on numerous cardiovascular clinical research studies that focus on such areas as medical management, diagnostic imaging, devices used to diagnose and treat heart disease and patient outcomes. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Dr. Fialkow also has an interest and expertise in Population Health strategies including new payment models and data-driven clinical decisions and patient support.
